Ian Cannon has joined Exeltech Consulting Inc. as deputy director of engineering. The former Multnomah County Transportation Division director and county engineer has 30 years of experience managing design delivery for public infrastructure projects, including the $330 million Sellwood Bridge replacement. Cannon will manage Lacey, Washington-based Exeltech鈥檚 Portland office and provide owner鈥檚 representative, asset management and engineering services to public infrastructure project clients.
