The scope of work for this project involves renovating a storage space next to the gym on Level 2 Sector B of the HT Building to include an all-user restroom, with accessible accommodations for the gym. There is no change in existing
occupancy classification within the area of work.

Starting on 05/11/21, we will be soliciting bids for the following scopes: demo of non-structural CMU walls, addition of new framed walls, ceiling, lighting, finishes, new restroom plumbing fixtures, mechanical systems, and electrical work to support the new restroom.
