San Diego-based Sunrise Management has added Amy Cleveland as its newest regional real estate manager. She will oversee a rapidly expanding portfolio of properties throughout the Portland market. Cleveland has 15 years of property management experience, including administration of various mixed-use projects, lease-ups, value add and stabilized urban and suburban communities. She most recently was area property manager for A.G. Spanos Companies; she devised and implemented policies and procedures to ensure seamless management activities for properties throughout Oregon. She also previously served as a regional property manager for Greystar in Portland and as a property manager for Riverstone Residential Group. Cleveland is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from Portland State University.
