ARCHITECTURE

Opsis Architecture recently hired Margaret Howard as chief financial officer. She has strategic planning expertise as well as experience with collaboration and team building. Howard has held roles in accounting, administration and human resources while working in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as financial controller for Precoa. Howard has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in accounting from San Francisco State University.
