The Bonneville Power Administration has named Jamae Hilliard Creecy its vice president of energy efficiency. She previously filled the role in an acting capacity for a few months last year. In more than 18 years with the agency, she has held management positions within the Power Services, Transmission Services, and Environment, Fish and Wildlife divisions. Creecy will be responsible for overseeing development, implementation and advancement of energy efficiency programs. These include BPA’s energy efficiency acquisition initiatives, market transformation efforts, demand response and other activities. Creecy has a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Portland State University.
