Oregon Coast Aquarium Renovation

Bids Due: 7/7/21 @ 2:00 pm

Oregon Coast Aquarium intends to renovate and update approximately 5,325
square feet within the existing Aquarium facility, in Newport Oregon. This will
include new finishes in existing reception lobby, cafe, and coffee stand within
the Oregon Coast Aquarium. New features within the main building include select storefronts and a large Jellyfish tank which will require structural upgrades.The sitework package includes updates to Aquarium property including new play structures, amphitheater, parking area features, landscaping, site drainage, etc.Key components of the Project include:

Construction & renovation of interior lobby area.
Addition of a Jelly fish tank / display and associated utilities.
Finishes upgrade and new lighting package.
Site upgrades including new play structure, utility upgrades, headwaters/stream.
New Concrete amphitheater, with connecting accessibility pathways.
Landscaping, hardscape features, and wood trellis / fencing.

A non-mandatory project walk-thru will be hosted at the OCA Aquarium site on Wednesday, 06/30 at 1:00 PM. Meet at the Main Lobby Entrance, near the ticketing booth.
