Jennifer Arnold has joined Emerio Design as a senior land use planner. She will assist with land development application coordination and processing, client acquisition, and project management. Arnold previously served as the primary duty planner for Douglas County and associate planner for the city of West Linn, providing project management and planning services such as annexation, municipal planning, floodplain development, entitlements/due diligence, residential historical design review, final approvals, and grant writing. She is an affordable housing specialist.
