Scott Grubbs has joined W.B. Wells, an Emerio Design company, as senior professional land surveyor/project manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in land surveying throughout Oregon and specifically the Portland-metro area. Grubb, who has experience working with both private development and public works clients, will lead the survey team out of the Portland office.
