Eli Mandel has joined JLD Cost Consulting as a cost estimator. He primarily focuses on estimates for mechanical systems, but supports the estimating team for projects of all types. Mandel recently received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in mechanical engineering, with a minor in business and entrepreneurship, from Oregon State University. During his senior year Mandel worked as an engineer for Hewlett-Packard, supporting a redesign of components in its Pagewide industrial presses.
