Water Treatment Plant (WTP1.0)

Sundt Construction (Sundt) is the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Willamette Water SupplyWater Treatment Plant (WTP_1.0) Project. Construction of a new, seismically resilient WTP_1.0 Project is essential to the new Willamette Water Supply System that will serve Tualatin Valley Water District, City of Hillsboro, and City of Beaverton customers by 2026. Sundt is offering many opportunities for qualified businesses to competitively bid 70+ work categories. Sundt will manage the overall procurement and construction of the project; and may elect to competitively bid as self-performing some portions of the work; including earthwork, yard piping, structural concrete, equipment installation, and process piping.

Sundt has prepared separate bid packages for each work category to allow and encourage participation from the local contractor community. Sundt will conduct weekly virtual meetings to review specific work packages and the contract documents starting on July 29th, 2021. Please visit the below
