  • An application for design advice is pending for 19477 N.W. Overton St., Portland. The proposal calls for a three-story commercial lease space development with a below-grade parking garage. As the existing tenant in the space, DoveLewis Emergency Animal Hospital would be expanding on the first and second floors. The other “as yet unidentified tenant(s)” would occupy the third floor. A Green roof would cover 60 percent of the roof area for on-site stormwater management with a 180-cubic-foot stormwater retention tank. Lee Leighton of Mackenzie and Roy Pyatt of Landerholm are the applicants. P&S LLC is the project owner.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for 7525 N. Richmond Ave., Portland. The applicant’s proposed use of the existing building and site at 7524 N. Richmond Ave. is for dog boarding and training. Alterations would include fencing the outdoor areas and re-stripping the parking. A site ramp on entry facing Richmond may be added to make it more accessible, but it’s pending discussions with the building department. Michael McLaughlin and Colleen Murphy of Fluent Design are the applicants and F9-7525 Richmond LLC is the project owner.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for an affordable multi-family housing building at 233 N. Fremont St. The building was built in 1969 and the applicant proposes a partial interior and exterior rehabilitation. Belinda Lee of CPP Housing is the applicant and Hammer Property LLC is the project owner.
  • An application for early assistance is pending to install a 70-foot above-ground tank at 11444 N.W. St. Helens Road, Portland.. The tank would be approximately 40 feet in height. Site improvements would also include piping and pipe racks. TJ Williams of Owners Corning is the applicant and Owens Corning Roofing & Asphalt LLC is the project owner.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for Warner Pacific University at 6666 N. Columbia Way, Portland. The proposal calls for separating lots and prepare for a future development. A property line adjustment might be needed between southwesterly seven feet of Lot 11 and the remainder of Lot 11. Sarah Radelet of Strata Land Use Planning and Antoine Dean of Dean Estates are the applicants. The project owner is Warner Pacific University.
  • An application for early assistance is pending for Portland Community College’s Southeast Campus, 2305 S.E. 82nd Ave., Portland. The proposal seeks clarification and input from city staff on a number of questions related to the zoning applicable to the site. Rebecca Ocken of Portland Community College is the applicant and Portland Community College is the project owner.
