• A new hotel with a five-stories-over-one configuration is proposed for 135 N.W. Park Ave. The hotel would have 174 rooms and 94,000 square feet. The applicants are Gary Golla and Jon McAuley of SERA Architects, and the owner is Smithco Properties.

• A review under post-Aug. 1 code changes is sought for a seven-story, 55,000-square-foot building with 100 percent affordable units at 6519 N. Montana Ave. John Wright of Wright Architecture is the applicant. The owners are Lisa and Kenneth Grage of West Linn, and Montana Portland Lofts LLC of Clackamas.

• A review under post-Aug. 1 code changes is sought for a seven-story, 122,000-square-foot building with 100 percent affordable units (at 60 percent area median income) at 4538 N. Maryland Ave. John Wright of Wright Architecture is the applicant. The owners are Montana Investment Partners LLC of Beaverton, Montana Prescott Holdings LLC of Clackamas and Maryland Going North LLC of Clackamas.

• A historic resource review is pending for a six-story building at 1010 S.E. Ash St. The applicant is Miranda Wright of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture of Chicago, and the owner is Troy Laundry Residential Property Holder LLC of Chicago.
