Scott Larsen has joined RS&H,聽an engineering, architecture and consulting firm, as its Oregon area manager. He has varied, in-depth transportation, structural and aviation experience across the Pacific Northwest and throughout the world. Larsen began his professional career with the Washington State Department of Transportation in its eastern region. He then moved to WSDOT headquarters, where he worked in the bridge and structures office. Larsen later transitioned to the private sector, where he worked internationally, most recently in Saudi Arabia. During the course of his career, Larsen聽has designed more than 100 bridges in Washington, Oregon and around the world.
