Montana Ave. The proposal calls for a new seven-story, approximately 55,000-square-foot affordable housing building with associated site work. Drywell and swale stormwater facilities would be provided on the site. John Wright of Wright Architecture is the applicant, and Lisa and Kenneth Grage and Montana Portland Lofts LLC are the project owners.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 5061 N. Lagoon Ave. The proposal calls for demolishing the existing building, performing site improvements, and constructing a new speculative industrial building. Lee Leighton of Mackenzie is the applicant and BRP-Lagoon Inc. is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 535 S.E. Tacoma St. The applicant proposes development of the two blocks north and south of Tacoma Street and west of Sixth Avenue. Each block would include a 16-unit multifamily building and a mixed-use building with 36 residential units and two ground-floor retail spaces. The retail spaces would front Tacoma Street. Maryland Ave. Plans call for construction of a new seven-story, approximately 122,000-square-foot affordable housing building and associated site work. Drywell and swale stormwater facilities would be provided on the site. John Wright of Wright Architecture is the applicant. The project owners are Montana Investment Partners LLC, Montana Prescott Holdings LLC and Maryland Going North LLC.

• A pre-application conference is sought for redevelopment of multiple properties along Southeast Water Avenue (97214 zip code) into a pedestrian- and transit-oriented district. Stormwater disposal would be via a combination of public and private facilities.
