PROJECT LOCATION: 1111 FORT VANCOUVER WAY,
VANCOUVER, WA 98661
BID DATE: SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2021 3PM
NARRATIVE: Robertson & Olson Construction, Inc. will be accepting sealed bids for the bidder assisted design installation of a fiber optic data connection between the VITA Elementary School currently under construction, and Hudson’s Bay High School. Work scopes include trenching & backfill, directional boring, electrical, and surface restoration. Successful Bidders will be notified of award via email tentative on bid qualification by Robertson & Olson. Work will commence on approval of School Board.

A mandatory Pre-Bid job walk will be held on Thursday, August 12th at 3:00PM. All interested Bidders will meet outside at the Hudson’s Bay Campus, near the (E) vault at 31+87.

EARLY BIDS: will be accepted via courier, USPS, UPS or FedEx up until 5:00pm, Wednesday September 1st, 2021, at the Robertson & Olson office: 4857 NW Lake Road, Suite 320, Camas, WA 98607; by the above deadline (local time).

**NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE ROBERTSON & OLSON OFFICE THE DAY OF THE BID**

bid day to the district office listed below.

ON BID DAY: ALL BIDS ARE TO BE HAND DELIVERED TO:
Vancouver Public Schools, Jim Parsley Center – District Office, 2901 Falk Road
Vancouver, WA 98668-8937, and will be accepted from 1:15pm – 2:45pm outside the front door.

Bid opening will be a virtual opening via a Zoom link that will be released by addenda prior to bid day. Bidders will not be allowed access inside VPS District Office.
