Build-out approx. 21,000 GSF of shell space on the 7th floor of the RLSB Building . Program includes approx. 7,000 GSF of chemistry intensive
research space, another 7,000 GSF of general wet lab and associated shared core facilities, and 7,000 GSF in office and other amenities.Andersen Construction will be soliciting early trade partner proposals for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical scopes from qualified firms. Documents
