Coffman Engineers鈥� Portland office has hired Allen Cassel, a civil engineer with nine years of experience. He will help the Coffman team serve existing clients and new ones on projects in Portland and the surrounding region. Cassel has a variety of experience in both civil and mechanical design. Most recently he spent nearly five years as a civil designer with AKS Engineering & Forestry. He has performed site design and layouts, stormwater modeling and analysis, and general utility design. He has worked with multiple jurisdictions and agencies to guide projects through land use processes and final engineering. Cassel has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in mechanical engineering from George Fox University.
