Plans call for a tenant improvement involving an entire, existing warehouse building. The warehouse space would be converted to a conditioned space with offices. There would also be associated site work.

Plans call for revision of site lighting, grading and stormwater treatment plans.

Work would include changing occupancy from S-1 (storage) to F-1 (factory and industrial).

The permit is under review for Building A, a 16-unit apartment building.

Plans call for tenant improvements on all floors. Exterior alterations include new storefronts on the north and south elevations. Interior alterations include a remodel of existing bathrooms and new walls to create a reception area, offices, storage rooms, pantries, bathrooms, AV rooms, a training room, work rooms, conference rooms, project rooms, a lactation room, copy areas, chat boxes, phone rooms, meeting rooms, a parent/child room, and open office areas. Alterations will also include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.

The alteration permit was issued for installation of ductwork, grilles, diffusers, roof-top units, terminal units, exhaust fans, heat pumps, piping and electrical.

The alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement on the fifth floor. Work would include minor demolition and construction of new walls to create a community kitchen, a break room, a mail room, meeting rooms, storage rooms, offices, phone rooms, a showroom, a quiet room, a mothers’ room, bathrooms, huddle rooms and more. Work also would involve ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.
