Middle of Six has hired Rachel West as a pursuit strategist based in Portland. She has more than a decade of experience involving marketing, business development and branding, along with a passion for the architecture, engineering and construction industries. West鈥檚 focus is to strategize and conceive winning pursuit strategies and project acquisitions, ranging from architectural services for health care campuses to tenant improvement design projects in the Silicon Valley. Her prior experience includes driving in-house marketing efforts and pursuit strategy for FORGE Architecture, Meyer Studio Land Architects and SmithGroup in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. West holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in urban studies, with a minor in social and cultural factors of environmental design, from the University of California, Berkeley.
