Miller Nash has welcomed Trevor Caldwell to its Portland office. As a member of the firm鈥檚 employment law & labor relations practice team, he will focus on representing public and private employers in all areas of labor relations, including negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, contract administration, arbitration, and representation of clients before state and federal agencies. Caldwell also represents clients in general employment matters and provides trainings for business owners, managers and employees on topics such as harassment and discrimination, documentation practices, and workplace investigations. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Portland a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
