Water Treatment Plant (WTP1.0)

Sundt Construction (Sundt) is the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Willamette Water Supply Water Treatment Plant (WTP_1.0) Project. Construction of a new, seismically resilient WTP_1.0 Project essential to the new Willamette Water Supply System that will serve Tualatin Valley Water District, City of Hillsboro, and City of Beaverton customers by 2026.

GMP #1 will be advertised on September 24th, 2021, with all bids due November 4, 2021.

Sundt is offering many opportunities for qualified businesses to competitively bid 70+ work categories. Sundt will manage the overall procurement and construction of the project; and may elect to competitively bid as self-performing some portions of the work; including earthwork, yard piping,聽 structural concrete, equipment installation, and process piping.

Sundt has prepared separate bid packages for each work category to allow and encourage participation from the local contractor community. GMP 1 will include bid packages for all trades associated with the project, with the exception of division 32 Exterior Improvements, which will be bid in 2023 as part of GMP 2.
