LMC Construction is requesting bids for the Aldercrest Apartment project. The project consists of interior and exterior renovation of 13 existing two-story buildings with 68 units, new construction of a community building, new playground, accessible upgrades, and site upgrades.

We are accepting proposals for all scopes of work, except HVAC

Construction to begin November 2021
