BIDDING ALL SCOPES

Project Scope: Work includes, but is not limited to,聽 two new 4-million gallon AWWA/ANSI D110 Type 1 concrete reservoirs; a new pump station with vertical canned turbine pumps and AFD鈥檚; electrical upgrades to include backup power and an upgraded control system, various site improvements for access, security, lighting, landscaping, and stormwater treatment; phased demolition of the聽 existing reservoirs and pump station with strict adherence to construction聽 sequencing that will allow the site to remain operational during construction.

Sub scopes include rebar CMU masonry, metals fabrication, metal roofing,聽 drywall and metal stud framing, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical,聽 earthwork and mechanical piping, fencing, and landscaping.
