Emma聽Clark聽has聽joined Energy Trust of Oregon as聽its first聽senior聽outreach聽manager for communities of color. She has experience in small business development,聽nonprofit management聽and聽outreach to聽community-based聽organizations聽serving聽underserved populations.聽Clark聽previously聽served as聽director of business support and development for the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce and director of the Beaverton Business Recovery Center for Washington County. In those roles, she conducted outreach to small businesses and, when COVID-19 hit,聽helped businesses owned by Black, Indigenous and people of color secure $1.5 million in federal relief聽funds to keep their doors open.
