Holen named Portland association’s CEO

The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors has named Michele Holen its new chief executive officer. She succeeds Kathy Querin, who served as CEO for 31 years; she will remain on staff as chief advisor through Nov. 30. The promotion of Holen, PMAR鈥檚 chief operating officer since 2015, was confirmed unanimously by the board of directors. She has 15 years of real estate industry experience, including a stint as CEO of the Vancouver, Washington-based Clark County Association of Realtors.
