Perlo Construction promotes Elissa Looney

CONSTRUCTION
Elissa Looney is now Perlo Construction鈥檚 director of strategic initiatives. She joined the firm in 2008, when the special projects group was founded, and helped it grow into a profitable revenue center. Since moving to strategic initiatives, Looney has led internal process improvements, communications strategies and training efforts, and performed other duties. Now, as a member of Perlo鈥檚 senior leadership group, she will continue to work on company initiatives.
