Project Description: Mobilization and demobilization as required for entire project.
Removal of existing five headworks screens and associated appurtenances, electrical,
and control equipment. Removal of existing screenings conveyor system, and
associated appurtenances, electrical, and control equipment. Installation of five
new multirake bar screens and associated electrical and controls. Installation of
new belt conveyor and associated electrical and controls. Installation of three new
grinders and associated electrical and controls. Installation of three new screenings
washer/compactors and associated electrical and controls. Installation of six tipping
troughs and associated electrical and controls. Installation of three new lugger
weight scales and associated electrical and instrumentation (luggers furnished by
hauling contractor). Installation of two new sump pumps and associated electrical
and controls.
Project includes: Quality Control Testing; Surveying; Demolition; Site Clean-Up;
Contaminated Soil Remediation; Hazardous Waste Removal; Asbestos Removal;
Concrete Supply; Rebar; Cast-In-Place Concrete; Grouting; Concrete Cutting &
Boring; Saw Cutting; Masonry; Structural Steel Framing; Metal Fabrication; Thermal
Insulation; Coating/Painting; Signage; HVAC; Electrical; Fill & Backfill; Mechanical
(Process Integration); Welding; and Trucking (Dump Trucks).
