Skanska is requesting responses for Design Assist Trade Partners for the PSU Vernier Science Center (VSC) Renovation.

The following scopes of work are included in this RFP: Drywall and Framing, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing.

The Design Assist firm will be responsible for providing services as required for the Preconstruction Phase for the PSU VSC Project. Preconstruction Phase services will include scheduling, sequencing, adjacent building impact prevention analysis, cost estimating, cost trending, assembling a team of
qualified 鈥淒esign Assist鈥� key staff team, to work directly for the CMGC, value management, constructability analysis, logistics, BIM reviews and document reviews.
