• Design advice is pending for a project to construct two new apartment buildings at 8137 S.E. 13th Ave. A four-story, 19-unit building would occupy the western portion of the site and a three-story, 19-unit building would occupy the eastern portion. There would be no vehicular parking, but there would be 29 long-term bike parking spaces. Robert Thompson of TVA Architects is the applicant, and James & Nancy Nevin are the project owners.

• A historic resource review is pending for The Josephine (previously ARCOA mixed-use), a seven-story mixed-use building at 1006 S.E. Grand Ave. Design revisions have been submitted for the previously approved project that would include ground-floor retail space, structured vehicle and bicycle parking, loading space, and six floors of residential units and amenities. Justin Cloyd of Ink:Built Architecture is the applicant and ARCOA Partners LLC is the project owner.
