LMC Construction is requesting Design-Build proposals for the Powellhurst Apartments project for Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical & Low Voltage. Powellhurst is a new 4-story, wood-framed multi-family development; the building features 65 residential units along with amenity spaces.

Construction to begin April of 2022

*The project requires workforce training, Section 3, and equity goals per Portland Housing Bureau鈥檚 policy.
