Harper Houf Peterson Righellis hires Melac

Lucas Melac has joined Harper Houf Peterson Righellis as a full-time civil designer in its Portland office. He spent the past year serving HHPR as its CECOP intern. Melac recently received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University.
