• Design advice was requested for a project to construct a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 4406 S.E. Belmont St. No parking would be provided. The applicant is Bob Thompson of TVA Architects, and the project owner is Lawrence Property Management LLC of Portland.

• A meeting was requested to discuss conversion of a bank at 12240 N. Jantzen Drive into a dispensary. Minor interior alterations are planned. The applicant is Derek Metson of Greenbox Architecture in Oregon City, and the project owner is Umatilla Inc. of Carlsbad, California.

• A two-story multifamily building with 16 units is proposed at 6907 N. Maryland Ave. The apartments would be a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. An indoor bike room and exterior site improvements are planned. The applicant is Maurice Robb of Access Architecture in Vancouver, Washington. The project owner is 6907 N Maryland LLC of Portland.
