Tonkon Torp LLP has added attorney Harlan Mechling to its litigation department. He previously served as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Michael Fitzgerald of the Central District of California. Before that, Mechling served as an assistant attorney general for the Labor & Industries Division of the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. Mechling has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science from the University of Oregon and a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law.
