| The project scope consists of washing, tuck pointing, caulking, sealing and graffiti coating the existing masonry veneer at the approx. 230,000sf McKay High School building. Excludes any work at newly completed additions or out-buildings.
BOLI Commercial Prevailing wage rates are a requirement for this project. Local subcontractor participation, Disabled Veteran and DMWESB Goal Attainment Strategies: This project is encouraging the utilization of local subcontractors.
