  • A two-building project has been proposed at Southeast Harold Avenue and Southeast 92nd Avenue. The first building would be five stories and hold 162 apartments totaling 129,095 square feet. The second building would hold seven two-story townhomes totaling 7,452 square feet. The main building would house a commercial gym at the southeast corner, commercial co-working space along 92nd Avenue and a commercial office at the northwest corner. The applicant is Alex Yale of YBA Architects. The owner is Prosper Portland.
  • Zoning information was requested for possible development of a vehicle dealership at 6698 N.E. Mount St. Helens Ave. The dealership may have a sales and leasing office, interior vehicle display, a vehicle repair facility and accessory uses such as a car wash. The applicant is Steve Presson of Holman Automotive Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The owner is the Port of Portland.
  • Early assistance was requested for a 52-bed residential care facility on Southwest Clara Lane (within the 97035 zip code). The applicants and owners are Leonardo and Milagros Domingo of Clackamas.
  • A “micro-tier” cannabis growing facility is proposed for 736 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. No change to the building footprint is proposed. The applicant is Mike Montgomery of Simpl Home Designs, and the owner is 736 MLK LLC.
