Naegeli stepping into Deacon Construction CEO role

CONSTRUCTION
Deacon Construction LLC has named Andrew Naegeli chief executive officer. He succeeds Steve Deacon, the company鈥檚 founder and original CEO. Naegeli, previously executive vice president and co-leader of Deacon Construction鈥檚 Portland office, spent the past year training to prepare for the CEO role. He has spent nearly his entire construction career with Deacon Construction in operations, first as a project engineer in 2003. Steve Deacon will continue to serve as chairman of the board, co-manager of the firm鈥檚 DEI program, president of the Deacon Charitable Foundation鈥檚 board and manager of Deacon Development.
