• An application for early assistance has been received for work at 12005 N. Burgard Road. Plans call for a two-story, 3,400-square-foot exterior addition to an existing 32,490-square-foot manufacturing facility. The addition will hold office and administrative space currently located within a nonconforming structure inside the facility.

• An application for early assistance has been received for work at 4727 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. Plans call for upgrades to the existing building as well as site improvements. The building will have a finished interior space for three tenants.

• An application for early assistance is pending for work at 716 S.E. Grand Ave. The proposal calls for seismic updates and tenant improvements to create a new office and event space.

• An application for early assistance is pending for work at 5 S.E. Madison St. Plans call for renovation of an existing plaza north of Portland Fire & Rescue Station 21 for the Portland Firefighter Memorial. It will consist of a plaza punctuated by a collection of tall light poles.

• A pre-application conference is pending for a project on Southwest Clara Lane, at the intersection with Southwest Boones Ferry Road. Plans call for construction of a 52-bed residential care facility on property that currently is vacant.
