CONSTRUCTION

Seabold Construction has hired Iris O鈥橬eal to serve as a project manager. She has more than 17 years of construction experience. O鈥橬eal has worked on a variety of projects 鈥� including multifamily, affordable housing, schools and historical renovations 鈥� ranging in value from a few million dollars to more than $80 million. Many of these projects achieved high-level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification.
