• An application for early assistance has been submitted for a renovation and modernization of the historic Carnegie library building at 512 N. Killingsworth St. The proposal also calls for an approximately 1,500-square-foot expansion; its location is still to be determined.

• A Type 2 procedure is pending for 335 N.W. 19th Ave. AT&T proposes construction of a new bell tower by replacing the current steeple. The proposed lease area is 12 feet by 7 feet and located on the northwestern area of the property. The new bell tower would be higher than the current existing steeple, and be designed and painted to match the existing church’s architecture. The antennas and equipment would be concealed behind panels painted to match the exterior.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 957 N.E. 122nd Ave. The proposal calls for a lot division to split the existing parcel into two. One parcel would gain an 11,738-square-foot, 18-unit development. The other parcel contains an existing 40,464-square-foot apartment complex and parking lots.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 7008 N.E. 47th Ave. The proposal calls for replacing the decaying wood boardwalk at Whitaker Ponds Nature Park.

• An application for early assistance is pending for a new five-story, 113-unit multifamily building at 1340 S.E. 12th Ave. The proposal calls for two loading zones, 170 bike parking spaces (85 in units and the rest on the ground floor), an outdoor courtyard and a roof deck.
