The proposed lease area is 12 feet by 7 feet and located on the northwestern area of the property. The new bell tower would be higher than the current existing steeple, and be designed and painted to match the existing church’s architecture. The antennas and equipment would be concealed behind panels painted to match the exterior.

One parcel would gain an 11,738-square-foot, 18-unit development. The other parcel contains an existing 40,464-square-foot apartment complex and parking lots.
