Lombard now BRIDGE Housing president and CEO

Kenneth T. Lombard is the new president and chief executive officer of BRIDGE Housing – a nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing in Oregon, Washington and California. Over more than three decades, Lombard has garnered extensive experience in business development, management, investment banking, economic development, corporate expansion and real estate investment. He previously served as special advisor for Seritage Growth Properties. Earlier, Lombard was president of MacFarlane Partners, an investment management firm that acquires, develops and manages real estate assets on behalf of pensions and institutional investors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Washington.
