Plans call for a restroom expansion and a first-floor tenant improvement. Work includes demolition of walls and construction of new ones to expand existing restrooms and a bike room, and create storage space. Alterations also include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.

Exterior work will include installation of new chain-link fencing, and interior work will include demolition of walls and construction of new ones to create offices, storage areas, prep kitchens, walk-in coolers and freezers. Alterations also include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.

Alterations would also include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.
