  • Design advice has been requested for a 13-story, approximately 200-unit affordable housing development at 4110 N.E. Halsey St. The proposal calls for approximately 211,000 gross square feet. The building would be no taller than 120 feet. The site would have approximately 40 on-site parking spaces along with a TriMet bike hub and bike parking for residents. The applicant is Dave Otte of Holst Architecture and the project owner is TriMet. A pre-application conference has been requested.
  • A historic resource review is pending for The Josephine (previously ARCOA mixed-use), a seven-story mixed-use building planned at 1006 S.E. Grand Ave. Design revisions have been submitted for the previously approved project that would include ground-floor retail space, structured vehicle and bicycle parking, loading space, and six floors of residential units and amenities. Justin Cloyd of Ink:Built Design is the applicant and ARCOA Partners LLC is the project owner.
