• Lee Elementary School: Safety and Security upgrades, HVAC upgrades with
new DDC controls, new CTE space, LED lighting upgrade, roof upgrades,
low voltage system upgrades

• Ackerman School: Safety and Security upgrades, ADA Updates, HVAC
upgrades with new DDC controls, Roof replacement, exterior envelope
improvements, low voltage system upgrades.

• District Office: Safety and Security upgrades, HVAC upgrades with
new DDC controls, exterior envelope improvements, low voltage system
upgrades, new flooring, and workspaces.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, will be held on Friday 11-29-21 at 1:00 P.M.
Emerick will start at the Lee Elementary School project site located at 1110 South Ivy Street, Canby, OR 97013 and then walk as a group to the District Office and Ackerman Middle School.
