Project manager for Walsh Construction Company

Kim Smith joined Walsh with more than seven years of industry experience specializing in tenant improvements, asset management and capital improvement plans. This extensive background in real estate and construction allows her to partner closely with owners to bring new tenants in the door by incorporating clients鈥� unique needs as part of construction planning and scheduling.

Head of the company鈥檚 Safety Committee, Smith is skilled at facilitating cross-team communication with on-site staff, clients and owners. She also has significant experience working in occupied spaces and understands the nuances of working with sensitive populations.

Smith leads Walsh鈥檚 involvement in Hood to Coast fundraising and contributions. She organized and spearheads the Annual Women Who Build event that celebrates women in the AEC industry. As a member of Walsh鈥檚 Vision 2025 People Imperative, she is spearheading the development of a committee meant to increase opportunities for employee connections across all departments.
