At age 22, Leann Harris invested in her first real estate property, and when she was 25 she became a business owner. At age 30, she purchased her first commercial property in downtown Portland.

Today, with nearly 30 years of experience in business development, Harris is general manager of Keller Williams鈥� Phoenix office and regional director for United Home Group鈥檚 Northwest and Texas regions. In the past 10 years, under her direction, Keller Williams鈥� offices have sold more than $9 billion in real estate. She has recruited well over 1,300 agents.

In addition, Harris is an inspirational instructor who brings great insight as well as practical application to her classes.

In 2017, Harris founded the nonprofit Lifeline for Hope, which supports mental health and raises awareness for suicide prevention. Suicide prevention is a personal mission of hers through the loss of loved-ones who took their lives. With this foundation, she is providing an avenue for resolution and a pathway to help individuals when they are at their lowest and most vulnerable.
