INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction
Group, LLC is accepting subcontractor bids for the following scopes of
work for the Westside Sewer Interceptor Project.Bid Package SUB #01 鈥� Sanitary Manhole Liner

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm December 14, 2021,聽 and shall be submitted via email to [email protected]

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. Bid Package SUB#01 generally consists of the cleaning, preparation, restoration and installation of a flexible joint seal, and composite liner (Composite Liner) for concrete structures (Sanitary Manholes) for the purpose of repair, corrosion protection and sealing structures from water infiltration/exfiltration. Work will be performed on approximately 61 sanitary manholes ranging in size from 48鈥� to 84鈥�. Locations and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifications. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Lebanon General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.
