  • A pre-application conference has been requested for a project to fully replace the roof and perform masonry repairs for a 95-year-old building at 7700 S.E. Reed College Place. The proposal calls for replacement of a temporary parapet balustrade to match the original design. Work would also include removal and replacement of the tile roof, roof drain, gutter and downspout to match the original design.
  • Design review is pending for a multifamily project at 1838 N. Argyle St. The proposal calls for a 175,000-square-foot, 294-unit building. Prefabricated elements would be used to construct the mass-timber structure.
  • An application for early assistance has been requested for a project at 807 N.E. Alberta St. The proposal calls for construction of two new buildings, a new stormwater facility and site improvements. The east building would hold four stories of apartments and the north building would have retail space on both the basement and ground floors. Site improvements would include additions of bike parking, landscaping, a new trash enclosure, dry wells to handle stormwater, and ramps for ADA access. There would be no changes to the existing building on the property; however, two or three large trees would be removed.
