Allison Jacobsen has joined Lane Powell as counsel to the firm on the labor, employment & benefits, corporate, securities and M&A, and ERISA, life, health & disability teams. She advises governmental, for-profit and nonprofit employers on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation. Her practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as outside general counsel services. Jacobsen provides counsel to employers and business owners on all aspects of employee benefits. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in comparative literature from the University of Southern California.
