La Creole is a mix of 2-story two, three and four-bedroom townhomes built in 1971, owned by West Valley Housing Authority.

The renovation includes site improvements, exterior improvements/repair, painting, interior upgrades (doors, trim, kitchens-casework/appliances), bathroom (fixtures/accessories), MEP upgrades (baseboard heating, bathroom ceiling fans, lighting, etc.), and finishes throughout. Work will take place when townhomes are unoccupied, and Walsh has possession of the units for construction.
