Parametrix hires Elmore as senior engineer

Dustin Elmore has joined Parametrix鈥檚 Bend office as a senior engineer supporting site development and data center work. He has 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with specialization in stormwater management, utility infrastructure, green street design, site planning and design, survey and site grading. Elmore previously worked for the city of Bend.
